Self-Service Portals for External Non-CRM Audience (CRM Online only)- This release introduces the first Microsoft-published version of portal capabilities for CRM.   Out of the box portal solutions include:

  • Custom portal
  • Customer Self-Service portal
  • Employee Self-Service portal
  • Community portal
  • Partner portal
