Voice of The Customer- Distribute surveys to your customer to collect customer feedback. Design surveys, invite people, retrieve results, trigger workflows, and analyze the results in Dynamics CRM.
Project Service Automation- provides an end-to-end solution that empowers organizations to deliver project-based engagements on time and within budget.
Self-Service Portals for External Non-CRM Audience (CRM Online only)- This release introduces the first Microsoft-published version of portal capabilities for CRM. Out of the box portal solutions include:
- Custom portal
- Customer Self-Service portal
- Employee Self-Service portal
- Community portal
- Partner portal
