And we’re a big part of that. Dynamics CRM comes in hosted ($44/month/user) or on-premise ($1100 per user plus $5,000 for the server – depending on your Microsoft relationship) flavors and is not only browser based but built deeply within Outlook. It’s extremely customizable and accessible on just about any platform or device, regardless of the operating system. MSCRM is perfect for Microsoft/Outlook/SQL/Exchange infrastructures or for companies already using other Dynamics products. We like this product for any companies with 5-150 users. The Marks Group of course provides implementation, support, customization and development services. A fully cloud based alternative to Salesforce.com, ZohoCRM integrates deeply with Zoho’s other suite of office productivity applications – from word processing to project management. Zoho is also deeply integrated with Google applications and talks well with QuickBooks. ZohoCRM is free for less than 3 users and up to $25/month/user for the Enterprise version, which is what we recommend to most of our clients. The Marks Group’s most recent partnership (although we have known the founders of Nimble since their days at GoldMine software), this product not only provides the strong capabilities of a mature hosted product but it also is a pioneer in the newest trend in CRM: social CRM. With Nimble, none of your contacts’ social media activities will go unnoticed: from their Twitter feeds to their LinkedIn posts, all of your users will know everything that’s going with their accounts and contacts wherever they are on the web. Nimble’s pricing starts at $15/user/month and The Marks Group also offers free services for its newest Nimble clients.
