Zoho CRM is now utilizing Data Enrichment, powered by Zia. This can really help you in your sales efforts by building your customer profiles in a single click. But what is Zia? And what is Data Enrichment? Let’s take a look!
What is Zia, and How Can it Help Me?
Zia is an internal Artificial Intelligence driven system that looks through all the data in your system, how that data connects to external data, and how you use that data. It then provides analysis and suggestions to help improve your sales performance and keep you on track. There are a lot of things you can do with Zia in Zoho CRM! But for today, let’s focus on Data Enrichment.
What is Data Enrichment? Why is it Important to Me?
We all try to gather the best and most complete information on our Accounts and Contacts to develop a robust CRM that generates sales and provides for insightful reporting. You can’t do either of those well if you’re information is complete or outdated! Zia scours your data and external data with the internet and suggests information to fill in the gaps. For example, you may have an Account where you’ve made a typo in the address, and don’t have a main telephone number. Zia can look that company up via website, email address or company name to make some suggestions from the public domain.
How do I use Zia and Data Enrichment?
Easy, since Zia does most of the work for you! From within a Lead, Contact or Account record, click on the ellipses in the upper right corner, and select Data Enrichment from the menu. Zia will return results of what you have and what it found. You can accept or reject each suggestion by selecting the Update checkbox. I’m sure your data is more complete than this, but just by entering Microsoft and www.microsoft.com in a new Account record Zia returned these results. Pretty impressive!
