Wouldn’t it be nice if you could associate emails in a contact record to a deal in Zoho CRM? Read on to learn how.
How Can I Link An Email To A Deal In Zoho CRM?
- Select a Deal record
- On the left side, click the Emails related list or just scroll down to the Email list
- Make sure the drop down on the left side of the list is set to Emails Associated To The Contact
- Hover over the email you want to associate with the Deal and click the link symbol.
The email will now be tied to the deal when you select the Emails Associated with this Deal email view.
In addition to the above, you can also go to an unlinked email in either the Contacts or Deals module and link it from there.
