Microsoft has discontinued Insights, powered by InsideView and Versium Predict, and must be purchased separately directly from InsideView if you wish to keep this feature. Current users have until August 15, 2019 before Insights is completely removed from Dynamics 365 (unless, of course, you’ve decided to purchase separately).
