It’s the middle of February already, and with each passing day we are reminded of all of those New Year’s resolutions that we have to get started on (or have already abandoned)! The post holiday winter season can seem long and dull, especially after the craziness of December and January. Personally, I think that February is a great time to implement some new organizational tools into your company to shake things up.

Zoho CRM allows you to create templates that help you streamline your processes and use consistent branding both within and outside of your company. Zoho templates are simply forms that you use over and over again, such as thanking a customer for their inquiry, or creating an invoice. They are designed to pre-populate specified information from a record in a consistent format. You can create Email, Inventory and Mail Merge Templates. Templates save you tons of time – with a few clicks you can send out an email or form without having to type it up every time!

Thanks to the Internet, business is not just local any more. I know- that’s obvious, but more and more, people are doing business globally. Beyond that, businesses are saving on overhead from offices, and teams are working remotely in co-working spaces or from their homes. That’s how we do it here at the Marks Group and Marks Group Live. If we’re not traveling around helping clients, we are doing business from our own homes. (Yes, currently I am hearing the faint sounds of my dog snoring from another room. What a life she leads.) That being said, just because your business is done remotely, it doesn’t mean that you don’t need to meet. Enter in Zoho Meetings. A web based video conferencing and webinar program that allows you to connect with your team members and clients, all while integrating into your Zoho One suite of products.
