Zoho recently introduced condition based aggregate fields in Zoho CRM subforms. These can be helpful in making subforms even more valuable. What Is An Aggregate Field In Zoho CRM Subforms?
An aggregate field is one that is baed on a mathematical function. Zoho CRM subforms include three types:
- Predefined functions – this would include SUM, AVERAGE, MINIMUM and MAXIMUM
- Formula function – these are customized based on your needs
- Manual Entries
What Are Condition Based Aggregate Fields In Zoho CRM Subforms?
Condition based aggregate fields allow you to set specific criteria for when something should be included in an aggregate formula. Effectively, they help you better fine tune your data.
As illustrated above shows you can apply criteria by doing the following:
- Check “Aggregate specific rows only”
- Define your criteria
- Click done
With this new feature you can display aggregate data separately for different groups of data.
