And finally we come to the dreaded “Delete Contact” menu item.
…but fear not, GoldMine is looking out for you and won’t just delete the record outright!
It first gives you a chance to reflect upon the potentially horrible choices you are about to make.
The check boxes behave as you would expect them to – History, Pending, Cases, etc can be broken out and deleted separately. Be aware, this action is permanent! Our good friend “Undo Changes…” will have nothing for us if we delete the wrong record.
“Synchronize this Record’s deletions” ensures that the deletion will flow down to any un-docked laptops you have traipsing about the country.
