GoldMine, out of the box, comes with everything turned all the way on. Notably, the tabstrip that appears at the bottom of the contact record. One thing you can do to make GoldMine a little less cluttered is to hide any tabs you don’t use.
1. Select Tools | Options from the top level menu.
2. Click on the Record tab, then click the “Tabs” button.
3. From here, you can check/uncheck any Tabs you want to Show/Hide. You can also change the order by using the Up and Down buttons.
4. Make your desired changes and Ok your way out.
Pro Tip : You can also rename any tab from here. It’s a great way to make GoldMine “your own”.
