Zoho has rolled out Zoho Practice – complete accounting practice management software!
What is Zoho Practice?
Zoho Practice will help simplify the daily operations of accounting firms. You can access client data from Zoho Books and Zoho Expense as well as integrate Zoho Sign, Zoho Mail and Zoho Cliq.
The benefits of a tool like Zoho Practice is that it will bring together the Zoho tools needed to manage your firm. This includes the following:
- Client management – provides a central way to manage all client activities while syncing automatically with each client’s Zoho Books
- Collaboration – track your communications with colleagues or clients via chat or audio
- Document management – store, access and collaborate on documents within a secure environment as well as use Zoho Sign to get your documents signed
- Task management – assign tasks to your staff and track progress all in one place
- Timesheets/billing – track and get paid for your billable time
- Insights – provides a summary of pending actions, potential ledger anomalies and transaction irregularities – you can pull in data from Zoho Books, Zoho Payroll and Zoho Expense for further insignts
- Activity trail – ensure full visibility to all actions with a client
What Is The Pricing?
Currently Zoho Practice is free per accounting firm for up to 3 users. Additional users can be added a $3/user/month. Zoho plans to add more advanced features and pricing plans in the near future.
