Zoho recently made some changes to the User Interface (UI) of CRM. You might not see the difference yet, as you’ll have the option of switching back and forth between the old and new looks until May 15, 2020. That gives you plenty of time to practice and get used to the new look and feel!
The changes made to the Zoho CRM interface are mostly cosmetic – they are designed to enhance and streamline your experience by simplifying the layout and organization. The Home page and each module page will look the same, the changes are in the records.
What does it look like?
Each record in the CRM will have a refreshed look. Take a peek by clicking on the Switch to New Version button in the upper right corner of a record.
Note that once you have switched to the new version you will stay there unless you switch back.
In the new look, the record name has been moved to the top left of the screen with a toggle button for Overview/Timeline beneath.
The related lists below the primary information are separated in drop shadow boxes, making them feel more separate and easier to find. In Deal records, the Stage mapping is more prominent and at the top of the screen.
The verdict?
