Let’s be honest–not all of us keep to a 9-5 schedule, and you may want to change your working hours in your Outlook Calendar. The Office 365 Portal makes this easy!
To do this, head to the Office 365 Portal, then select Outlook:
Click on the Calendar symbol to go to the Outlook calendar:
Select the Gear to go to your Settings, then Calendar Appearance:
From here, you can change the work week and working hours to match your work schedule:
Very helpful!
Will this let others see my availability in my calendar when it is shared?
How can do that for all users?

You can also create a Group Policy to change this for all users using the Group Policy Object Editor. The below link has pretty detailed step-by-step instructions. I would test and send you my own instructions, however I have Windows 10 Home, and you need Windows 10 Pro to do this:

To open the Group Policy Object Editor, you can follow the directions here:

I made all ther changes as needed but there is no SAVE option by the end, and nothing has changed waste of time
Hi Jan,
If you look at the last screenshot, at the top, there are “OK” and “Cancel” buttons, above “Calendar Appearance”
Is it possible to specify different hours for a Monday than the remainder of the week?
Hi Steve,
It’s pretty unbelievable since this has been a feature request since 2011, but this is still not possible. Here is a UserVoice post suggesting the same idea that you can vote for and keep tabs on
How do I setup working hour for night shift in outlook ?
Hi Ravish,
It seems unbelievable, but Microsoft still has not implemented a solution for this 2020.
