While Pipedrive does not have a gamification feature, there is a short animation that plays when you win a deal. It’s cute and not too long, but it’s easy to disable if you prefer.
Just head to your personal preferences by clicking your user icon:
Scroll down to “Interface”, and uncheck the box next to “Show celebratory animation after every won deal”:
