One feature the developers recently added is the ability to use @mentions on Pipedrive records. This makes it even easier to collaborate with other users in your org, and they’ll be notified when mentioned.
To use this, in the Notes area of any record, simply type @, and a list of users will pop up for you to choose from:
You can keep typing a name and the list will automatically filter:
When you save the note, the person you mentioned will receive an email notifying them of the mention.
