Zoho SalesIQ is an easy to configure and use real-time web-engagement tool. There are three key configuration settings that affect the visibility of your chat widget.
- Business hours
- User Availability
- Hide chat widget (on/off)
Business Hours: You can establish business hours for your website in the Company Settings area. (Settings -> Company). During business hours, your chat widget will display its “On-line” message (something like “live Chat”), but outside of business hours your chat widget will display its “off-line” message (something like “Leave a message”).
User Availability: Under Settings->User, there is a User Availability checkbox. At least one user must have that box checked, otherwise, your chat widget will ALWAYS display the offline message.
Hide Chat Widget Setting: Turning this feature ON, will hide your chat widget outside of business hours.
