The Marks Group currently serves more than 600 clients using the CRM applications we implement, which most importantly includes Zoho software. Our ten-person company is located near Philadelphia and has been a certified Zoho partner since 2014. Most importantly, we use Zoho software internally at our company. So, we’re users…just like you!

Corey Babka

Vice President of Operations

Corey Babka is the VP of Operations at The Marks Group, where he is responsible for the success or our clients and their projects. Having over 15 years experience in the CRM/business systems space, Corey focuses on process analysis, making sure that our clients are able to translate their current process to the right system and not vice versa. He is currently certified in multiple CRM systems, specializing in sales process and helping our clients get the most out of their CRM system.

Suzanne Kirkland

Zoho Consultant

Joining The Marks Group in 2014, Suzanne began working with Zoho, quickly becoming one of the foremost Zoho consultants in the country. As our Zoho team leader, she is an expert in discovering specific client needs and processes, successfully translating those requirements into a highly effective Zoho implementations. Besides customizing Zoho CRM, she is experienced in working with and customizing many Zoho applications like Books, Campaigns, SalesIQ, Recruit, Desk, Inventory, Projects and others. In her free time, Suzanne loves her time at the beach or maybe a game of tennis.

Megan Hagedorn

Zoho Consultant

Megan is a Zoho trainer and a Microsoft Certified Professional. Megan has been assisting clients with Zoho and Dynamics 365 projects and questions for over 3 years. Since joining The Marks Group team in 2016, she’s been responsible for our monthly tutorial blog postsbringing the best tips and tricks to users. Megan lives Colorado with her husband and their chocolate lab, and enjoys knitting, rock climbing, and skiing in the beautiful Rockies.

Kelsey Petersen

Zoho Consultant

Having over 10 years software development experience, Kelsey continues to be an integral part of The Marks Group since joining the company in 2015. She has significant experience with both Microsoft Dynamics and Zoho CRM and provides extensive training, customization, implemenation and consulting services for both applications. In her free time, Kelsey likes traveling, spending time with family and friends, and practicing different styles of dance like ballet and salsa.

Becci Gearman

Zoho Consultant

Working with both Zoho, Salesforce and Goldmine, Becci is a tremendous asset to the team having skills based in system integration and data management. She has a Bachelor degree in Business Information Systems and a Masters degree in Education. Her 18+ years of experience includes data programming, CRM programming, training, documentation, and general business operations. She enjoys the process of making data work for her clients creating relationships with trust, quality service, and fun. Becci lives in upstate NY with her husband and two golden retrievers. In her free time she enjoys country living, reading, and learning about world history.

Rachael Socha

Zoho Consultant

Rachael has been working in the education and mental health field for 7 years and is excited to join the team at Marks Group Live. Rachael has helped rollout, troubleshoot, and train multiple healthcare documentation programs and is looking forward to using those skills to train clients in Zoho. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring her hometown of Philadelphia, seeing theater, and spending time with her family.
